Banana Cinnamon Chia Pudding Recipe
This is a tasty, super easy, and extremely power-packed healthy snack. If you are a runner or an athlete, you have no doubt heard about the benefits of chia seeds. Here’s a great way to enjoy them as part of a recovery snack.
This easy recipe is perfect for the warmer weather. If you’re tired of the same old protein shakes day after day, this is a good way to mix things up.
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
- 2 bananas (chopped)
- 1 cup vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- Chop bananas and add to large bowl
- Add almond milk
- Add cinnamon and honey
- Add chia seeds and mix ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours and enjoy!
Serving Suggestion: Extra good following a workout or a run. This tasty treat is packed full of protein and nutrients that your body craves. Even my kids loved it!
