Monday was a rather difficult ride of 15 miles after the previous race weekend.

Tuesday through Friday was just a tired grind. No real speed in any of the runs other than the hills on Friday.

I spent most of my week dreading the long run on Sunday. For good reason I might add. Sixteen miles is a long way to run on tired legs and a 50 mile week is a new PR for me. I feel like I am definitely training for a marathon now.
