This cold compression therapy wrap provides hours of cool relief without ever going in the freezer. You simply take it out of the container, wrap, and go back to doing what you do. Unlike ice, Arctic Ease cold wraps absorb heat energy from the body. The absorbed heat is then removed by evaporation allowing for hours of targeted cold therapy. There is no danger of frostbite, and no melting ice pooling in your socks.

The self-adhesive properties of the wrap keep it in place even when you’re active. So, you could wrap your calf and jump on the bike for an hour with no worries. Each strip can be used 4-8 times. It’s cooling effect can be reactivated by rerolling it and placing it in a zip-lock bags with 2 teaspoons of water. It’s really quite remarkable. No drips, no ice pack, and no sitting around.

The Arctic Ease strips come in two sizes: a 4″x60″ full-size wrap for knees and larger joints, and a smaller 2.75″x36″ wrap for smaller joints like the wrist or ankle. Wraps also come in four different colors: red, blue, black, and pink.

  1. i absolutely need this. having pain in my medial hamstring from running gingerly on snow and ice on friday and cant get ice packs to stay on the area very well! looks like price went up?
