This Adidas Supernova Glide Boost 7 is comfortable like a trainer and responsive like a racer. The upper sports plush padding around the heel, tongue, and ankle. There are no standing seams to cause irritation inside the shoe, and the toe box was big enough to give my toes some wiggle room.
The outsole is made of high-quality Continental rubber (think car tires) that adds 10% more grip in dry conditions and 30% more grip in wet conditions as compared to other rubber outsoles. The Supernova Glide Boost 7 has a cushioned midsole consisting of 55% Boost material. This gives the shoe a responsive, zippy feel.

I took them out for 6 miles the day after a blizzard hit New Hampshire, and they performed beautifully. I was dropping 7 minute miles and cruising through the slushy roads like it was a clear spring day. These shoes feel good, and they performed well. The Boost material is resistant to temperature variables, so this shoe loves the cold weather.
