Save Calories with this Post-Workout Muscle Builder

Muscle doesn’t come from a supplement, it comes from hard work. You can’t buy fitness anymore than you can buy intelligence. It takes hard work, patience, and dedication to build muscle mass and become stronger.

That being said, it can be helpful to feed your body some concentrated proteins to help boost the natural muscle-building process. For the past few weeks, I’ve been adding Syn Matrix 6:5 to my immediate post-workout recovery routine. It contains 6 g of whey protein isolate (WPI), turbo-charged by the addition of 5 g of the essential amino acid leucine.

One serving of Syn Matrix 6:5 contains only 25 calories per serving, equivalent to less than 2 oz of orange juice, without the sugar. When mixed with a glass of water, it’s a lightweight drink compared to traditional protein shakes. Yet it stimulates muscle protein synthesis as much as a 25-gram serving of whey protein isolate (WPI) at 120 to 200 calories.

Basically, it delivers a ton of muscle builder in a tiny caloric package. And, based on my experience it works. I’ve recovered from my 50-mile weekend rides remarkably well, and after taking Syn Matrix 6:5 it feels like somebody turned on the furnace inside my body. I can actually feel the carnitine ramping up my metabolism.

If you’re training hard, breaking muscle, and looking for gains, give Syn Matrix 6:5 a try.
