Finally! The new Brooks Adrenaline GTS 16 is here! The Adrenaline GTS 15 is a favorite among the loyal #runhappy crowd, and the company’s best-selling shoe last year. It’s back this year with a fresh new look and the same unbelievably soft, smooth ride we’ve grown to love.
What’s different about the GTS 16?
Deeper V-grooves along the sole of the shoe absorb and disperse impact by folding inwards. The full-length segmented crash pad delivers a smooth heel-to-toe transition, and the BioMoGo DNA midsole provides cushioning to give runners a comfortable ride on the unforgiving surface of the road.
The comfortable mesh upper of the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 16 will keep your feet cool and dry. The ‘tongue tied’ lace lock helps secure the laces in place, and the double eyelets allow runners to adjust the pull on the heel to find just the right fit.

Brooks Adrenaline GTS 16 Road Test
The flashy looks of the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 16 will turn heads on your run. In fact, a runner caught up to me out of breath and panting to ask about these shoes during one of my test runs. And, to be honest, that never happens. Usually, I’m the one passing other runners.
After putting about 50 miles on these new kicks, here’s what I can tell you. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 16 is all about quality, comfort, and stability. If you’re looking for some shock absorbers to keep you healthy while you rack up the miles, check ’em out.
I only had one minor hiccup. I was cruising along through the awful first mile of my run, when I noticed that my no-show running socks were creeping down my heel. Well, that’s strange. I stopped and untied my shoes, adjusted my socks, and then tied my shoes using the last eyelet towards the heel of the shoe. No problems since.
These shoes were sent for review.
