XC Preseason – Week 2

Welcome to the tribe! Cross country season begins in late August, but this year we’ve been given the gift of time to fully prepare for possibly the most competitive and spirited fall XC season in recent memory. As a coach, I’m eager to put this 2020 spring season in the rear view mirror and focus on my favorite sports season of the year. Of course, you know I’m talking about (insert cowbell) high school cross country season!
