The 3 S’s – Strength, Speed & Stamina

Lucky for you, we have all three of these workouts coming up this week. Speed on Monday, Stamina Wednesday, and a combo workout that will test your Strength and toughness on Friday. Sunday is a rest day and next Monday (9/7) we have an optional practice beginning at 4PM.
