Check out the spring track workouts below. These are geared towards high school distance runners (800m, 1600m, 3200m). This is my way of providing athletes with some guidance and coaching during the Coronavirus pandemic. Feel free to share. Questions and feedback are welcome. These workouts are developed in a sequence that should be followed chronologically.
Our current and former athletes have competed at the local, state and national levels. Many have earned scholarships and created opportunities for themselves based on their hard work, dedication to the sport and their desire to compete. I will be sharing some of these workouts to help athletes navigate these uncertain times while maintaining their fitness for whatever comes next.
